Update of banking information
Summary: dgrdn93 reported problems updating their bank information on eBay, which is preventing them from receiving the funds from the sale of an item. Despite several attempts, including account verifications, the problem persists. lingma85 advised contacting eBay customer service to resolve the issue.
I’ve redone the process about ten times, I went through the 0.1€ transfer and withdrawal verification for my account, I logged in from the app and it still gives me the same incomplete information message.. I tried to change my card, I went all the way to the end of the process and in the end my card stays unchanged I don’t understand… I’m afraid I’ll never get the money from my account ..

Contact customer service, who can see what’s going on with your account and whether something’s wrong...
Do it here----> eBay customer service preferably during office hours and have them call you back.
