The listings in question explicitly stated that any buyer had to contact me in advance via WhatsApp, a sine qua non condition for any sale to be completed. As a result, no transaction was concluded under the stated conditions. In accordance with Article 1103 of the Civil Code, “legally formed agreements have the force of law for those who made them.” However, no sales agreement was concluded, no goods were delivered, and no payment was received. Despite this, you charged me listing fees, promotional fees, and even commission, without any actual service being rendered to justify these amounts. This practice constitutes abusive billing and appears to be a violation of the principles set out in Articles L121-1 and following of the Consumer Code, particularly regarding the fairness of commercial practices and the need for real consideration. I would also like to specify that: The listings were canceled before any validation or delivery. I derived no financial benefit from these publications. I contacted your customer service several times by phone. During these exchanges: A representative hung up on me. I was categorically refused access to a supervisor. No concrete solution was offered to me, despite my calm and clear follow-ups. I therefore consider this situation unacceptable.I am now unfairly being threatened with debt collection proceedings, which constitutes a form of undue economic pressure.
