Summary: xavbissshop has noticed that since June 1, 2024, he can no longer post new listings on his eBay shop because he is being asked to switch to a professional seller account. Hello, the ebay community.
Since June 1, 2024, the system has blocked the posting of listing levels.
In other words, since June 1, 2024, I can no longer put listing levels in my store.
I am being asked to switch to a professional seller account in order to continue putting listing levels in my store.
I would therefore like to know if it is possible to switch to a professional seller account without having a SIRET number??
What are the advantages of switching to a professional account?

YES you can switch your personal account to a professional account...
BUT
- ebay will ask you for your SIRET and other information to justify this professionalism... and to be able to keep working, considering that you just made an oversight....
So in conclusion....
- You work like a professional.... but without being declared...
and that... = ... is not good at all... !!!
Ebay has caught you because I suppose your turnover is worthy of a pro... and the products you sell are not second-hand or "duplicates"... like the private sellers who empty out drawers, wardrobes, attics or garages....
At the moment, the best thing might be to take your steps with the Commercial Court, Urssaf, Taxes, etc... and get yourself in order to continue your activity on the site legally and out of respect for your buyers...
