Listing an item for sale but impossible to choose a delivery option | Community Mentor Help

Hello, I live in Switzerland, am French-speaking, and would like to sell items on the Ebay.fr platform. However, when I create a listing, I don't have any options that appear in the "Select a shipping service" section. So I can't post anything.... How should I proceed? Thank you and best regards
