Hello, I need some help. Here's my problem. I bought on the eBay site a Ferrari 499P model, yellow, 1:18 Bburago, valued at 126.21 euros. The seller does not want to refund me because, to this day, I still have not been delivered the goods. I sent a registered letter to make him understand the situation.
