Hello, the majority of sellers now only offer PayPal as a payment method, I don’t have an account and I definitely don’t want to open one, Mr. Musk is rich enough as it is, it would be nice to accept credit card or bank transfer

Sellers don't get to choose payment methods: they are IMPOSED by ebay.
And it's not just paypal...
