- I bought and paid for the item that never arrived
- ebay sent me back (and I received) the corresponding amount (refund)
- but what bothers me is the fact that the seller is blocking me from being able to buy from him afterwards
- the seller I want to complain about is identified [Pseudo]
- I am guilty of nothing; can we resolve this matter so that I can buy again from this seller?

Look for your happiness elsewhere, there are certainly sellers who will be interested in doing business with you..

Nothing and no one can force this seller to remove you from their blacklist.
Sellers are free to block whichever members they want, without having to justify themselves.
In short: either you manage to convince them to do business with you again, or you find another seller.
