Order modification
Summary: kerrydime wants to cancel the purchase of a video game from an order of 8 because they already own that game. Despite several attempts to contact the seller to adjust the invoice, the seller does not reply. max2661953 suggests checking an eBay help page to cancel an order.
I wanted to order 8 video games and ask the pro seller for the total. He sent me the total to pay. In the meantime I realized that I already had one of them. So I contacted the seller 3 times to ask him to update the invoice and let me pay. However, he isn't replying... At the moment I still have the 8 items that I would like to buy. We're talking about a game at 4.5 euros out of a total of 70 euros. How can I cancel the order or get the seller to respond? Thanks
