Cannot change account address

Hello,

I have tried (in vain) to have my address, which says I am based in a province in China, corrected.

All my attempts, whether through the site option (reply: not available at this time) or by trying to contact an eBay representative, have ended in failure.

So I only have one option left: close my account and open a new one, but I would lose my transaction history and my rating....

Any other suggestions if others have managed to solve this kind of problem?

That’s exactly the problem, I’m registered in Marseille with a postal code starting with 13, but in a country that doesn’t match, namely China….

And it turns out to be impossible to correct this error?
