Unannounced changes to Mondial Relay x eBay rates

Question

Hello,

Am I the only one who has noticed that since May 1, 2025 (apparently) the Mondial Relay x eBay rates no longer match what is displayed on the Mondial Relay site?

Found this just before paying on their site.

Example: €2.99 now, instead of €2.49 for a parcel up to 0.5 kg.

This has already forced me to cancel a sale as a seller and change my shipping prices.

Thanks,

Hello @patrickb5675

This rate has been in effect since January 1, 2025:

https://www.mondialrelay.fr/solutions-professionnels/nos-services-ecommercants/partenaires-techniques/tarifs-ebay

2.49 is a pre-tax amount. So including tax, that comes to 2.99.
