Edit a return to partial refund?
The buyer requested a product return, which I accepted, but after a conversation with eBay customer service advising me to negotiate a partial refund, I negotiated with the customer, who agrees.
How should we proceed?

Mentor1 year agoContact customer service again because, unless I’m mistaken, only a full refund is possible once a return request has been opened.
