My parcel is supposedly ready to be picked up, it’s in Aubagne and I’m waiting for it in Istres at Weldom!!! | Community Mentor Help

Good evening, my parcel has been in Aubagne for easily 10 days now. I contacted eBay by phone and they told me that it had indeed arrived in Istres and that I should not take Aubagne into account. I went to the Weldom store in Istres and there was no parcel. It still says the same thing today, 22/11, still showing Aubagne. What do I do? I’m fed up now.
