When I try to create a new listing to put it up for sale, when I try to finish it with the "Sell" button, Ebay shows a red banner with the message:

"It looks like there is a problem with this listing. Your account may have been used without your permission.
Receive a call to access your account and continue selling, bidding, or communicating with other members. {e264236-1239155x}"

Whether I receive a message or an SMS, nothing to do, it stays blocked, I've tried several times, nothing to do (from a new listing or from a draft).

My account had no problems before and to be sure, I changed my password but nothing works.

Also I can't find any way to contact Ebay about this problem.

Does anyone have an idea?
