MONDIAL RELAY INCORRECT PACKAGE WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

For some time now, many Mondial Relay parcels have been charged an adjustment for supposed excess weight compared to the weight shown on the label.
However, I check the weight of my parcels myself before sending them.
With the packling platform, it is tedious to find the references of the disputed parcels.
So there are problems at Mondial Relay in parcel checking, which must be automated; I imagine that my parcels end up on top of a larger parcel and that it is my parcel's label that gets scanned!
I am considering a serious complaint to Mondial Relay, and I would also be grateful if you would contact me if, like me, you notice this kind of irregularity.

Just drop Packling... you'll have fewer headaches.
Link your account directly with Mondial relay and avoid the middleman you're funding at your own expense.
