Hello everyone, when a buyer on ebay.be chooses delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point, eBay does not tell me which pickup point they chose. Every time I have to contact the customer by message so they can tell me their choice. It's time-consuming and unprofessional, and on top of that the customer sometimes takes a while to reply. The order recorded on eBay does show delivery to a pickup point, and my item listing has the correct shipping method as well as the corresponding rate. Have you had the same problem, and is there an explanation? Kind regards Alain
