mondial relay and the lockers

WARNING! there is a serious interface problem in the messages between Mondial Relay and eBay.
if you choose a LOCKER, Mondial Relay sends a message to the eBay address, and not the person's, unless it is changed in the profile. This message contains the necessary code, BUT eBay does not pass on the code to collect the parcel. it writes a simple email saying the parcel is ready for pickup.
and SO! a mobile phone number is ESSENTIAL for lockers!!!
the Mondial Relay app doesn't work very well as soon as you go through eBay because of the weird, ultra-coded addresses.
when you look at the other platforms, everything happens naturally. LBC, VNTD, RKTN, we receive the code! why not with eBay?

It's good to be "up to date"... "at the forefront of progress".... living with maximum security, but still very relative.... but everything would still need to be working properly...!
