Mondial Relay outside France

I’m a seller, no problem for Mondial Relay FRANCE.
I offer it to buyers, and when I enter the label on the Mondial Relay website, I import the latest sales, and it’s very simple.
However, I see that we have preferential rates for countries like Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.
But I can’t seem to offer "Mondial Relay" in the possible shipping methods for International in the body of the eBay listing...
And so I don’t know how to take advantage of these preferential rates.
