Hello I don't see a topic on this subject so I'm creating one for several days now, following an update to the mondialrelay site, it's been impossible to edit shipping labels. My account is old; I was recently asked to validate a phone number, which worked, then an email address, and now it's blocked since Friday. A screen appears saying the request has been taken into account but no email has been received and it's impossible to unlock it to edit shipping labels. I contacted customer service twice, who confirmed the bug coming from an update and that the issue is being looked into. Of course, in the meantime the orders are piling up... and neither Mondialreay nor Ebay are communicating about it ????
