For two years, I’ve been trying to make the company [Dénomination] understand that I sent this watch back as soon as it arrived because the chat didn’t match my request. I was refunded the full amount of my order, and they still keep asking me for the VAT. I have a collection letter about this VAT, but I keep repeating that Feydeix sent the parcel back, so I don’t have the watch and I don’t see why I would pay the VAT. It’s been two years that I’ve been fighting to make them understand; I’ve given them all the documents.
