I bought this watch on the 30th and paid, and today I just received a message from the seller saying that there is a problem with the watch, that it's no longer available, and that they would refund me by bank transfer. I'd like to have your opinion, thank you, because the watch is marked as shipped ??
If ebay doesn't confirm that a refund is in progress and you haven't received the item by the delivery deadline, you'll then need to open a dispute for an item not received.

Reading it as "shipped" is just info indicating that a shipping slip has been issued.... and it may be that the parcel is waiting to be dropped off with the carrier... which happens often...
Now, if the seller told you they would make you a bank transfer... You wait... (personally.. I don't really trust their deal...)
and at the same time you will file a "item not received dispute" as soon as the expected delivery date is past... with no refund in sight.... Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
If the refund arrives before... = you will simply cancel the dispute...

Mentor1 year agoIf the delivery date has passed, you can report an item not received using this link, which was already given to you on 31/10...
Warning, you only have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to do it.
