I’m sharing here my very disappointing experience with eBay, hoping to get your help or feedback.
On June 10, I opened a return request for an engine received with the wrong reference (photos provided + clear explanations). Everything was within the deadlines, and I communicated with the seller as required.
But eBay customer service closed the case without valid reason. On June 24, I was suddenly asked to reopen a dispute in another category. As a result, I’m now out of time only because of them, when a simple conversion of the dispute would have been enough.
Since then, no solution, no refund, the engine is cluttering up my garage, and some eBay advisors even hang up on purpose without ever calling back. I did everything right, but I’m being sent back to my bank even though the problem clearly comes from eBay.
