hello everyone , i bought an air cooler that doesn't cool ! despite my follow-ups , neither the seller nor ebay replied to me !! it's becoming urgent after all , because the more time passes , the fewer heatwaves there will be , and so using an air cooler will be pointless ! what do you advise ? thank you in advance . best regards jean-pierre

Return an item to get a refund | eBay
If it's a device that comes from China... look at the shipping cost for that country compared to the price of the device... and see whether it's worth sending it back...
WARNING..
There have been a lot of ad scams involving so-called coolers that have victimized people who swallow all the tempting ads... (like cooling down a room in a few seconds.. pure fantasy... ! )
