Hello, for several weeks now, ebay has been asking me to update my payment method for payouts, and despite X attempts I still get this same error message when saving card details: "We couldn't verify the information you updated. Please check it and try again." even though I've been registered since January 29, 2006, I still have the same bank account and the same card ...I find myself without a solution, sorry I can't pay you the 6.49 I owe you and the bug persists despite several attempts to contact customer service which apparently is no longer reachable by phone.....if the bug persists what interest do I have in continuing on ebay, if I don't get an answer I will close my account

you are not addressing eBay at all.

Just one thing to note: it will be impossible for you to close your account as long as you still owe €6.49 to eBay.
