I am reaching out to you because I find myself at an impasse with an immediate purchase and payment for three similar items on 29/12/2025. At the time the seller only had one piece available in stock and after my message asking when he would have 3 pieces, he replied that the next day he would have them and would ship them right away. Acting in good faith on his words, I bought the three pieces I needed, paid, and immediately sent a message with my address and asking for the tracking number for the shipment. The next day I received an eBay message saying that the parcel had been sent but without the tracking number. I asked again and I receive a message saying that the items were not in stock and that a supplier store would send them to me. Immediately, seeing that I was dealing with a completely dishonest seller, I asked to cancel the sale and get a proper refund. He keeps sending me messages that the parcel has been sent, but that is completely false: it has not been sent. 6 days have passed and it is still just like at the beginning of this unfortunate purchase.
I went to "My eBay" to report that I have not received the parcel and I get the message that I cannot go further because the seller has sent the parcel. The only option I have is to contact the seller, which I have done three times without success. I do not have the option on eBay to open a dispute.
How can you help me get out of this cursed purchase.
