the number of views = the number of "clicks"
There are many "reports" and pages with statistics on your sales. It all depends on your status, whether you sponsor your listings, whether you run promos, etc...
So the best thing to do is browse the site help and make your choices based on what statistics you really want.
You can start, for example, with this page on "views":

OP1 year agoI've only been on eBay for a short time, so I'm still a bit of a novice.
Indeed, some of my listings are sponsored.
