did you go through the usual procedure by requesting a return ?
You need to wait until the seller has received the item to be refunded .
If purchased less than 30 days ago, at the bottom of this page " eBay customer guarantee ."
If you have done so, ask eBay to step in .

OP2 years agoGood evening and thank you, even with the 30-day deadline exceeded I got a full refund for the engine, the seller has always been honest, and Ebay has been attentive, I am very satisfied with Ebay!! but I am still looking for the right engine. Have a good evening!!!
