I reported an item ordered 40 days ago and not received, the seller tells me it’s been delivered when the tracking shows it as shipped, but not as delivered! It’s been ten days since I reported it to eBay and nothing is happening, so, now what do I do ?...

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to open a dispute for an item not received
if done > contact eBay
