No reimbursement of shipping costs

I shipped a parcel with a total invoice of 79.49 euros, specifying 19.49 euros for shipping. The parcel was received promptly, despite a problem that occurred with Mondial relay due to the absence of a QR code, forcing me to cover the shipping costs myself (I confirm: without going through Mondial relay). In short, not only did I cover the shipping, but the recipient, instead of paying his share of the 19.49 euros in shipping fees, only paid 10. It’s surprising that ebay was able to allow this transaction. I don’t know if there are bad sellers, but there are certainly bad buyers, because I sent him a message that went unanswered.

So we do indeed have a total of 60 + 19.49, which comes to €79.49. Why do you say he only paid 10 euros in shipping fees?
He did pay you €79.49, right?

If that’s the amount that appears on your bank statement, that’s normal. The site’s fees are deducted from the amount paid by the buyer:

So your buyer did indeed pay €79.49.

OP7 months agoaccount is correct with the eBay fees, which I had forgotten were
covered by the seller, hence the correction.
