eBay has been sending me around in circles, telling me I would be refunded, but I’ve been calling them almost every day and it changes every time. I had to file a complaint at the police station and do everything eBay asks of me, but to this day (more than a month later). Still no news of my €916 refund. My advice: avoid eBay if your purchase is expensive. If there’s a problem, you may end up having to fight to assert your rights. I will file a complaint against eBay if there is still no refund by next week
