Yes... it says 3 to 5 days for eBay to do what’s needed for the said refund..
but it’s not the eBay site that refunds you, it’s its bank and then comes the intervention of your own bank with its value dates.... etc... so you mustn’t forget this time delay (3...5 days...less..? )....
Be a little patient and if next week you still haven’t got anything, you need to ask here-----> eBay customer service
click on "contact us" preferably during office hours and ask to be called back.
