eBay notification: balance of my credits

I received a notification message from eBay telling me:

We noticed that on 02 November 2023 your credit balance was -14.56 EUR. You can view your balance in the My Account section in My eBay. The credit balance appears with a minus sign before the amount, which means that eBay owes you this amount. We ask that you take the necessary steps regarding your credit balance, because after 21 November 2023, it will no longer be displayed on your account. However, even after this date, if you contact us, we will refund you according to your balance. Thank you, eBay
I go on eBay regularly but haven't bought or sold anything for a few years now. Is that why I'm being asked to recover this money that is used to pay commissions. Impossible to find the page allowing me to transfer this money to Paypal, my bank account, or my credit card. I contacted eBay but am waiting for their reply. Thank you for your help.
