Sellers set the countries they deliver to, so it’s up to you to contact them to find out whether they do deliver to Guadeloupe.
As for whether the parcel will reach you, unless they’re fortune tellers, they won’t be able to guarantee it ...

That needs to be checked with each seller before buying...
because the shipping won’t be the same as for delivery to mainland France.
