Hello everyone.
I don't know if it's an E-Bay bug, but I log in 95% of the time from a desktop, ALWAYS THE SAME ONE. I always have to confirm my login with a code received by SMS. I'm fine with that...
However, I systematically receive an email afterwards telling me that a new device has logged into my account. But it's always the same one, always at the same IP address! Is there a setting somewhere to confirm so that I won't be asked the question anymore! I'm tired of constantly receiving these emails telling me that "someone" logged into my account when I've already confirmed with an SMS code.

1/ Unfortunately: you CANNOT disable 2-step authentication, only change it (either SMS, or Code, or notification in the app).. I’d happily put up a screenshot to prove what I’m saying, but I don’t understand how to do it. Sorry.
2/ Trusted devices: the site just lists all connections via Firefox and each time names them differently depending on the date and time.. It doesn’t see the real devices used to connect... Here too, a screenshot would be more telling. it shows up as Firefox 126.0 , firefox 121.0, firefox 124.0, etc... with varying locations (I don’t have a VPN and my PC is a desktop) and dates.
Also, receiving an email every time telling me that I authorized a new trusted device makes no sense! I suggest that eBay developers look into the issue, quickly!
