hello I have not received my order and my dispute is supposedly closed even though I have not been refunded or sent others !!!!!!! and impossible to get a person from eBay to reply to me no phone nothing !!!!! best regards

OP2 years agohello and thanks for your replies yes except that I wrote to the seller and he replied at first and then nothing more and that’s when I wanted eBay to step in but closed !!!! there you go no big deal I’m going to write off 100 euros but I’m going to really hassle that seller for a very long time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You had 30 days to open a dispute and to ask eBay to intervene ...Without action on your part,the dispute is closed ...

OP2 years agoHello and thanks for your help, unfortunately I made a dispute request and there’s been no response to my last message from the seller, and the worst part is that without me knowing why eBay closed my case ?? and yet I have not been refunded nor received my package !!! and when I ask to reopen this case I can’t do it !!! so if someone has a phone number for eBay well I could explain my problem and especially understand why my case was closed without any response from the seller !!! kind regards

OP2 years agoI just saw that you can dispute eBay's decision, but when I try to dispute it, they tell me it's no longer possible because the case is closed, even though I have neither been refunded nor received my package!!!! yuck, I'm so disgusted!!!! only an eBay phone number could probably help!!!! regards

If you read the previous replies carefully again, as well as the links in them, you'll see that all the answers to the questions you're (re)asking tonight (reason for closing and contact) are in there = we're not going to repeat ourselves...

You had 21 days after opening the dispute to ask the site to step in: did you do it?
