Mondial Relay tracking number isn't showing up

Summary: fben13200 expressed frustration about a package tracking issue on eBay. Although the package was marked as delivered on Mondial Relay's site, the tracking number isn't working properly on eBay. max2661953 mentioned that tracking on eBay is never up to date, while *miss-tigri* noted that the forum can't resolve this problem and suggested that fben13200 will have to wait because of their new seller status.

I contacted Ebay customer service but their response is inaccurate, the buyer received their parcel via Mondial Relay, I can see that on my side on the MR website, but on Ebay the tracking number does not link to MR and when you click on it it takes us to no parcel movements even though it has been received, all because I did not go through the shipping platform, can Ebay finally fix this problem and mark the parcel as delivered? instead of telling me that it will happen by itself, it won't happen because the link brings up no response from Mondial Relay when you click on the number!!!
