Invalid Colissimo tracking number
I tried to send a parcel yesterday, but the postal worker told me that the tracking number is already in use.
I filed a claim with Packlink, but I haven’t received any response from them.

Since Packlink isn’t required, cancel the label and go directly to the post office website
