hello, new to ebay I wanted to know, I sold 2 items to a buyer, he paid right away without waiting for me to send him for combined shipping, is it possible to send him one single package with everything inside and to note next to each item the same tracking number since there will only be one in fact

Normally you should cancel the transactions... refund your buyer... and make them a new listing including the 2 items grouped together so they can benefit from a discount..

BUT.. since the purchases have already been paid for, you can also---->

- before doing anything, contact your buyer to let them know and ask for their agreement by return email...

then...

- refund them the overpaid amount for shipping fees..
