Where did all the filters go?
Summary: monnaiesdeloise expresses frustration over the disappearance of filters on the eBay listings page in the "coins" category, which no longer makes it possible to exclude certain sellers, making the search more complicated. francexpressdeal suggests a solution by using "more filters," but monnaiesdeloise clarifies that those options have disappeared for him. francexpressdeal suggests it could be an issue specific to the mobile app and recommends contacting customer service.
Hello. Since eBay modernized its listing page, in the "coins" category, the filters that made it possible to exclude, for example, certain sellers have disappeared. That's a shame because they were really useful. From now on we're stuck sifting through several hundred new daily items from sellers we don't like (too expensive). And as a result, the small ones become invisible, drowned out in the gigantic Lille market....
I hope all these filters will be put back in place, but I don't really believe it....

Mentor1 year agoHello @monnaiesdeloise
below the filters that appear, click on "more filters" :
And there you’ll be able to access the filter that lets you exclude certain sellers from your searches :

OP1 year agoHello @francexpressdeal ,
I use the exclusion of certain intrusive sellers every day (several hundred new items each day) for several years now, so I know this setting very well.
I use this setting every day, for French coins, tokens, and ancient coins.
Now on those pages, the link "all filters" or "more filters" HAS DISAPPEARED. So we’re stuck dealing with all the annoying sellers and their ridiculous prices. I did it for a few days and then I gave up. Too bad, it used to be a sort of ritual every morning to go through the new items in the categories mentioned above.

Mentor1 year agoHello @monnaiesdeloise
the screenshots I sent you were taken just before I replied to you.
So on PC (in Chrome), this feature HAS NOT DISAPPEARED. You may be on the mobile app.
If that’s the case, contact customer support to find out exactly what’s going on.
