how can I see on my eBay account if a seller has refunded me the return shipping costs on my eBay account?Thanks

Normally, refunds follow the same path as the payment... but in reverse...
Since you’re not likely to pay (at least not yet..) with your ebay account... check your bank account.. that’ll be more effective.
