item purchased by mistake because no shipping was planned
Hello,
my case is not explained:
- I bought an item without knowing that the seller did not ship the item
- Order no. [Reference]
- the seller lives in Poitiers and I live in Reims
- I can’t actually go get the item
- the seller did not accept my cancellation request
- I would like to be refunded since it is impossible to complete this transaction
- what should I do?

OP1 year agoI clicked buy by mistake on an item for local pickup that is 600 km from my place.
I was charged €100 on February 6

the seller doesn't want to cancel the transaction.
I’m asking you for a solution, I’m really stuck

Mentor1 year agoNot very smart of them to have refused the cancellation.
See if you can open a dispute for item not received, or else contact customer service.
