Item purchased, approved by the seller but not shipped.
When I go to "purchase" then "other actions" nothing appears, I can’t even request a refund. The May 22 deadline has passed and I can’t do anything to get refunded. What should I do?

Mentor2 years agoP.S. : since sellers are not required to use the eBay shipping platform, the item can very well be sent without being marked as such on the site....

Technically, we are still on 22/5 = until midnight.
The deadline will be exceeded as soon as it’s the 23rd, a dispute for a non-received item can then be opened.
Have you contacted the seller or checked the tracking number on the carrier’s website?
You have up to 30 days from the estimated delivery deadline to open a dispute (given the holiday, it would be better to wait a bit before acting)...
