item that received a bid but transferred by eBay to inactive

Hello,

There seems to be a bug on Ebay.

12 of my listings for sale have received one or more bids.

However, these listings do not appear in my orders but in unsold items.

Does anyone have a solution so these items can be invoiced?

Hello,

Please wait: this is the kind of temporary bug we run into regularly, and then it goes back to normal.

If the problem persists, you'll need to contact customer service (anyway, they're closed until Saturday morning at 9 a.m.).
