I'd like to cancel a pending payment on PAYPAL. The seller must have posted the listing as a joke and hasn't been heard from since. I can't delete anything on PAYPAL; it's the seller who has to act, but he isn't responding, he may be dead. If he doesn't show up within a month, the transaction will be automatically canceled, but in the meantime I still run the risk of being charged for an item I ended up buying elsewhere. I'd like to erase all traces of this transaction, but how can I do that?
