Item ordered more than a month ago
Hello everyone, I ordered an item over a month ago, delivery was scheduled between March 3 and 14, but the tracking number shows that the package is still at the same stage as it was a month ago, is this normal?

"is this normal?" = Only the carrier (or customs) can tell you...
In any case, you'll have to wait until the delivery deadline has passed (so 15/03) before you can open a dispute for non-receipt :

How long is this new shipment supposed to take?
= make sure you don't let yourself be lulled to sleep by nice promises that would make you miss the appeal deadline....
