Summary: w64961 sold an item to the USA and adjusted the shipping costs for the buyer, but after refunding the item in full because of a misunderstanding about shipping costs, the buyer left negative feedback. They’re looking for advice on how to get eBay to remove this rating. *miss-tigri* suggested they check eBay’s policy via a link for information on removing negative feedback.
item sold in the USA I modified my listing so that the person could get the item by specifying that shipping costs for the USA are 15 euros instead of 8 for the European Union end of sale this person makes the payment with 8 euros shipping and refuses to pay the additional shipping costs I issue a full refund for the item this person leaves me a negative rating which I find unjustified how can I get this rating removed by eBay please
