Hello,
I placed the highest bid for an auction for a box of compasses.
When it came time to pay, I got the message that this item is no longer available, but there are others to discover.
I wasn’t late when I received this message. I tried to pay on the day I received the message telling me that I had won the auction.
However, I had noticed that the compass no longer appeared on the site a few days before the auction deadline.
I received a message informing me that the auction was due.
What happened? Is this a scam attempt or a bug?

Your reply is nice, but the customer service you are sending me to is a robot that does not handle this kind of question, which, as you say, is more complicated than it seems. I would like to speak to a person by phone or by email.

and make all the selections related to your problem to get someone by chat.
otherwise, there’s no phone support anymore.
