Defective item
The item I received has a defect that was not mentioned in the listing and is hard to see in the seller's photos.
The seller (in the USA) won't listen to reason.
How can I get a refund, even partially?

you can open a dispute for an item not as described by requesting a return .
Click at the bottom of the page on " Customer Guarantee e Bay "
Of course, the return cost must not be higher than the price of the item if you are not entitled to reimbursement of shipping costs .
You will have to pay these costs upfront .

Be careful... before the refund (which is not guaranteed by default) you have to pay the shipping costs and for the US, it's expensive....
