Defective item returned and not collected by the seller.
Hello, I bought a turntable. Upon receiving the package, the turntable had been poorly secured in the box, the loose record hit the needle and broke it. Dispute concluded with eBay for defective item and return of the item. The item was returned properly but the seller is not taking it back. What should I do to get the refund?

Ask eBay to step in and provide the return tracking number ..
