incomplete item sent
hello, I accidentally sent a buyer an incomplete item (battery and charger are missing). The buyer hasn't received the item yet, but I just told them about my mistake. How can I send back what’s left to them and make sure everything is in order? Is there a special procedure.

you can add an additional tracking number for the same transaction.
Go to your "paid and shipped" orders, then to the right of the tracking number, click "edit".
From there, you can add another number:
