fraudulent object
I bought an autograph 1 year ago, and several collectors told me it is fake. Now that I know more about this, I can indeed see that it's a crude fake. Can I still get a refund or at least report the shop to Ebay?

It’s way too late to get ebay involved.
Contact the seller directly and ask for a refund for counterfeit goods, otherwise you’ll report them to the DGCCRF.

I already contacted him to ask for a refund and haven't received a response.
Since he's in the United States, I don't think the DGCCRF will scare him, but I'll try anyway.
I'll also try with Ebay using the link you gave me.
I also think I'll buy another item from him so I can leave a review on his shop; even if he doesn't refund me, it'll at least warn potential buyers.
